SCIENTIFIC CONFERENCE
FOOD CONTROL CONFERENCE 2024 (FCC 2024)
In order to strengthen the research, training, cooperation, and scientific exchange activities related to food control, the National Institute for Food Control is going to organize the "Food Control Conference 2024 – FCC2024" expected from October 24-25, 2024. The theme of the FCC2024 is "Risk Assessment to Support Risk-based Food Safety Control" with the following contents :
1. Food safety risk assessment;
2. Nutrition and food additives;
3. Toxins and contaminants in food;
4. Microorganisms in food;
5. Dietary supplements;
6. Quality assurance.
