In order to strengthen research, training, cooperation and scientific exchange activities related to food testing, the National Institute for Food Control organized the Food Control Conference 2018 – (FCC2018) on October 4 - 5, 2018 with the following topic groups:
1. Harmonizing food safety testing methods
2. Food safety and quality testing methods
3. Quality assurance and quality control in food testing
4. Proficiency testing activities and interlaboratory comparisons in food testing
