FOOD CONTROL CONFERENCE 2019

To celebrate the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the Vietnam Food Administration, and to strengthen research activities, cooperation and scientific exchange related to food testing, the National Institute for Food Control in collaboration with the Vietnam Food Administration organize the Food Control Conference 2019 (FCC 2019) with the following topic groups:

1. Methods for testing food quality and safety in the field of chemistry and microbiology

2. Chemical and microbial risk assessment in food

3. Quality assurance and quality control in food testing

4. Proficiency testing activities and interlaboratory comparisons in food testing
