INTERNATIONAL FOOD CONTROL CONFERENCE 2026

 

In order to strengthen the research, training, cooperation, and scientific exchange activities in the field of food control, the National Institute for Food Control will organize the "International Food Control Conference 2026 – FCC2026", expected to take place from October 22-23, 2026. The theme of the FCC2026 is "Smart Food Safety Control toward International Harmonization", with the following key scopes:

1. Risk-based food safety control;
2. Nutritions and food labelling (carbohydrates, dietary fiber, micronutrients, etc.);
3. Quality and safety of probiotic and prebiotic products;
4. Food additives and processing aids;
5. Toxins and chemical contaminants in food; 
6. Microbiological hazards and foodborne pathogens; 
7. Hygiene monitoring and prevention of food poisoning; 
8. Food safety and quality control for health protection; 
9. Laboratory quality assurance;
10. Other topics related to food safety.
