Invitation For Poster Presentations By Young Scientists
At The International Scientific Conference On Food Control 2026
To strengthen research, training, cooperation and scientific exchange activities related to food and food control, the National Institute for Food Control will organize the “International Scientific Conference on Food Control 2026”, scheduled to take place from 15 to 17 October 2026. The main theme of the Conference is “Smart Food Safety Control towards International Harmonization”, covering the following topics: (1) Risk-based food safety control; (2) Nutrition and food labeling (carbohydrates, fiber, micronutrients, etc.); (3) Quality and safety of probiotic and prebiotic products; (4) Food additives and food processing aids; (5) Toxins and contaminants in food; (6) Microbiological hazards and foodborne pathogens; (7) Hygiene monitoring and prevention of food poisoning; (8) Quality and safety control of health supplement products; (9) Laboratory quality assurance; and (10) Other topics related to food safety.
In addition to oral presentations in the conference hall, the Conference program will include a poster presentation session for young scientists, including students and trainees from universities, academies and research institutes, on the topics mentioned above.
The National Institute for Food Control respectfully invites young scientists (undergraduate students, master’s students and PhD candidates) to participate in poster presentations at the Conference. Poster presentations accepted by the Organizing Committee will be displayed at the Conference (poster printing will be provided free of charge). The first author will be invited to attend the Conference and will receive a certificate of participation in the poster presentation. In particular, the Organizing Committee will present awards to outstanding poster presentations at the Conference. Please note that authors are required to be present to deliver their presentation (in English) at the time of evaluation by the Jury.
