DMA-80’s Milestone mercury analysis system analyze directly by the solid, liquid and gas samples. Time analysis takes only 5 minutes and no time to prepare samples. DMA-80 is a direct mercury analysis system most successful in the market today with the following key advantages:

- High sensitivity, measure mercury levels in about 0.01-1500ng

- Wide application to analyze mercury content in some areas such as: beverages, food, pharmacy, cosmetics ...

- Quick analysis, economization of chemicals, time and expense.

1. Principle:

Principles of quantitative techniques Mercury (Hg) directly by Mercury DMA-80'S MILESTONE DIRECT ANALYSIS SYSTEM is combined process of decomposition by high temperature, catalyst, Hg chemical amalgam and measurements of spectrum atomic absorption. The analysis is carried out in 4 steps:

- To dry the samples in condition of controled high-temperature.

- Mercury in the dried samples is released as mercury vapor in the presence of oxygen moving at high temperatures and with catalysts.

- Absorb mercury vapor into gold trap selectivity for mercury , mercury vapor is absorbed and retained, other substances are passed through.

- To use warm oxygen traps airflow liberate mercury in gold trap directed to cuvette, measure the absorbance of mercury at a wavelength of 253.65 nm.

DMA-80 is based on the principles of samples thermal decomposition, consolidated mercury and detection of atomic absorption.

It is extremely easy to use: Just weigh your sample, load it into the built-in auto-sampling and press 'start'.

All DMA-80 components, such as catalytic furnace, amalgamator and spectrophotometer, can be easily accessed for cleaning and routine maintenance.
