Food safety plays animportant role in the worldwide food industry, especially in developing countries, where the food supply is not always well controlled due to a lack of effective management policies, testing facilities, and advanced technologies. In Vietnam, the National Institute for Food Control (NIFC), as part of the Ministry of Health, is the primary profesional organization associated with this vital area of interest. In2018, the NIFC continues to organize major activities related to this important issue. As part of this effort, we would like to invite you to participate in the Food Control Conference 2018 (FCC 2018). FCC 2018 is organized with the purpose of bringing together food quality and safety scientists and researchers from Vietnam and the world. In addition, it provides an opportunity for interactions between industry, government, and academia to promote collaboration among scientists around the world.
