The Vietnam Journal of Food Control (VJFC) would like to wish all the best for health and success to scientists, researchers, lecturers, students, and all individuals who always accompanied the Journal during the recent years.
As the leading specialized journal in the field of food testing, VJFC regularly publishes new research works on analytical method, food safety risk assessment, toxicology, food quality assurance, food technology, preventive medicine and related issues. VJFC offers 02 versions, including ISSN 2615-9252 (print version) and ISSN 2734-9152 (electronic version), which annually publishes 04 issues in both English and Vietnamese. The Vietnam Journal of Food Control has been approved by the Vietnam State Council for Professorships to recognized in the official list of scored scientific journal in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Food Technology, Biology and Medicine.
Looking ahead to the publication of the 2025 issues, VJFC warmly invites scientists, researchers, lecturers, and students from universities, research institutions, and participating agencies to submit your valuable manuscripts. Submissions are accepted in both of Vietnamese and English (preferable) and will undergo a peer review process. With the sponsor from the National Institute for Food Control, the article processing charge (APC) will continue to be waived in 2025.
