During the Meeting, delegates were presented with an overview of the project, including experimental results that demonstrated the effectiveness of the ATP method. The presentation also featured a comparative study between the ATP method and traditional hygiene monitoring methods. In addition, results from hygiene monitoring experiments conducted at 10 communal kitchens such as hospitals, schools, and companies in industrial parks were shared. The meeting also highlighted hygiene monitoring practices at communal kitchens in Japan, including those in schools, hospitals, and food production facilities. In particular, at the Meeting, delegates were able to practically experiment with the ATP hygiene monitoring method on tools and hands (before and after washing hands according to the Ministry of Health's guideline).
