The expanding assessment of ISO / IEC 17025: 2005 in the NIFC

On 10.May 2016, the Office of Accreditation (BoA) come to evaluate extended recognition the testing indicators of the NIFC according to ISO / IEC 17025: 2005.

Joined the composition of the delegation of BoA experts including technical experts, in addition to experts from organizations APLAC.

Receiving the delegation with representatives of the Institute and Faculty Leadership / in the Institute

The delegation will work in the Institute for 2 days 10-11 / 5/2016 with the following contents:

1 . In the field test: Chemistry

- Assessment of  05 methods:

- Determine the total anthocyanin content - UV-Vis method on functional foods by means of AOAC 2005.02

- Determine the total polyphenol content - UV-Vis method on tea and tea products by test method ISO 9745-1: 2013

- Determination of caffeine content - Method of high-performance liquid chromatography on tea, coffee and tea products, coffee with test method ISO 6603-2000, ISO 9744-2013=

- Determination of Biotin - liquid chromatography method of mass spectrometry in food (milk and milk products, functional foods) by means of H.HD.QT.208 (LC-MS / MS)

- Determination of Vitamin B12 - liquid chromatography method of mass spectrometry on milk and dairy products, food supplements with H.HD.QT.350 test methods (LC-MS / MS)

2. In the field test: Microbiology

- Assessment 03 methods:

- Detection and quantification Enterobacteriaceae by techniques with proliferative MPN on food and animal feed by means of ISO 5518- 1: 2007 (ISO 21528- 1: 2004)

- Detection of Salmonella spp in water by using method ISO 9717-2013 ISO 19250-2010

- Detection and quantification of yeasts and molds in food by colorimetric method with AOAC testing methods 2002.11-2005

During two days of work, the delegue will be divided into groups to evaluate and witness the agreement of the departments / sections, laboratories of the Institute and conduct a review of documents, conditions, technical work in laboratories.
