ANNOUNCEMENT
FOOD CONTROL CONFERENCE 2024
In order to strengthen the research, training, cooperation, and scientific exchange activities related to food control, the National Institute for Food Control is going to organize the "Food Control Conference 2024 – FCC2024" expected from October 10-11, 2024. The theme of the FCC2024 is "Risk Assessment to Support Risk-based Food Safety Control" with the following contents :
- Food safety risk assessment;
- Nutrition and food additives;
- Toxins and contaminants in food;
- Microorganisms in food;
- Dietary supplements;
- Quality assurance.
The National Institute for Food Control (NIFC) respectfully invites scientists, lecturers, researchers... to participate in submitting scientific articles. The manuscripts can be in Vietnamese or English. Manuscripts, after being peer-reviewed and accepted, will be published in the Vietnam Journal of Food Control (free of charge).
