With the permission of the Ministry of Health's leadership, The National Institute for Food control (NIFC) is organizing the "International Food Control Conference 2024" from October 24-25, 2024, at the Hanoi Plaza Hotel in Hanoi. This conference is a highly anticipated event in the field of food testing. The main theme of the conference is "Risk Assessment to Support Risk-based Food Safety Control", which is a new and effective trend in food safety management in Vietnam and worldwide.

The conference will bring together approximately 500 delegates, including managers, scientists, producers, and other representatives from the domestic and international food industry. This provides a valuable opportunity for delegates to network, share experiences, and strengthen research, training, cooperation, and scientific exchange related to food and food testing.
The conference features presentations by leading food testing scientists from Vietnam and around the world. A total of 41 presentations will be delivered across one plenary session and six scientific sessions (Food safety risk assessment; Nutrients and Food additives; Toxins and Contaminants in food; Microorganisms in food and Foodborne diseases; Dietary supplements; and Food technology and Quality control). There will also be a poster session featuring 42 young scientists from Vietnam and internationally.
The International Food Control Conference (FCC 2024), taking place on October 24-25, 2024, at the Grand Plaza Hotel (117 Tran Duy Hung, Hanoi), promises engaging content and high scientific value for all attendees.
